May Ukulele Night at Charlie’s Pub and Eatery

Hi All,

Just a quick heads up – Ukulele Night will be on Tuesday, May 9 from 6:30 – 9:00 at Charlie’s Pub and Eatery in Edinboro.

Attached are two songs that we discussed and played last month. They will soon be on the web page also.

I would like you all to think about performing with the group when we have a “gig”. We currently have three scheduled events: Crawford County Fair on August 21 and the Waterford Fair on Sept. 8 and Sept. 15 is the date for the Allegheny River Fest. More specific information will follow.

We will have a performance play list out to you soon to give you more that ample time to prepare.

Performing with the group is a lot of fun, no need to be nervous or shy and you get in to two fairs for free. Think about it!

Enjoy the two new songs and look for a complete play list for May Ukulele Night sometime next week.

In spite of high winds and thunderstorms the Ukes played on the West End Stage at the Crawford County Fair on Tuesday, August 22. Other groups bowed out or got rained out but the stalwart ukulele players prevailed and had a bunch of fun, as always.

Our next general get together is on Wednesday, September 13, Hope to see you there.
